Currently three positions are available.
POSITION: Senior VP Operations BRANCH: Downtown REQUIREMENTS: Education: At least a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business. Experience: Five to ten years in credit union branch operations and lending experience in a management/supervision capacity. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to motivate or influence others requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Problem Solving: Must have in-depth understanding of and ability to interpret regulations affecting Operations and Lending programs within the Credit Union. Other: Strong supervisory, leadership, written and verbal communication skills. Proficient MS Office skills. Experience in the Credit Union industry, experience with Symitar core system software, and industry certifications and/or advanced degree a plus.

HOURS: 40 hour work week to include Saturdays Must be able to open or close
REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma. Experience: Minimum of six months cash-handling experience. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and diplomatic manner. Problem Solving: Ability to make decisions from a limited number of prescribed options. Other: Accuracy in handling cash and daily transactions, proficient computer skills in a WINDOWS environment and 10-key calculator by touch. Financial institution experience helpful. May be required to lift up to 60 pounds.
